Brad was great to work with. He was our selling agent and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. He negotiated a price of $20K over ask for us, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a multiple offer situation and he used his experience to guide us through our options, and everything worked out exactly how we had hoped/wanted. I highly recommend Brad Glowe and will use his services again in the future!

Brad was extremely helpful in the selling of our home. As we needed to move out of state with uncertainty about when we would have a new home, Brad was able to negotiate 90 days of occupancy for us - 60 days of which were at no cost to us! The visibility he generated for us resulted in multiple offers and accepting within 3 days of listing while my wife and I were out of town. He even helped with some questions we had out of state when trying to find our new house. Exceptional service!

Brad was our relator and helped us sell our dad's home after he passed away. He by far exceeded any expectations we had and made it an enjoyable journey. He was kind,helpful,knowledgeable,prompt with responses and was good at breaking things down and explaining them so we could understand them. We ended up getting more for our father's home than we ever expected thanks to Brad! In fact, the house sold for more than any home in Roseville with Fraser schools. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to go through the whole process of not only selling our home, but purchasing one at the same time. Brad helped us with everything we needed and any questions we had not only during the process of buying and selling houses, but even after the fact with everything we needed. We always felt like we were a top priority to him and he was very honest with us from the very beginning which we couldn't have appreciated more. Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Buying and selling a home at the same time was very stressful but having Brad as our realtor made it easier and we couldn't have been happier! Highly, highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Bradley. He found several condos in the area and price range we requested. He also set up daily email alerts when a new property was listed, which was helpful with the fast moving market we encountered. We eventually found a condo and Bradley was able to negotiate a price which was well under market value. He is a polite, respectful and caring realtor.

When we were assigned Brad as our realtor back in January we were immediately impressed with his eagerness in helping us find a home. Throughout the entire process, Brad was always accessible, flexible with our crazy schedules, and guided us to making the best offers and decisions with every home that we explored. As this was my first time going through the home buying process, I was very appreciative of the time he took to thoroughly explain every step of the way. I thought buying my first home would be pretty stressful, but Brad make the process so enjoyable and easy! Anytime I wanted to look at a home he scheduled it right away, was always available when I had a question, and was consistent. You could tell how much he loves what he does and I couldn’t be more grateful. He found me the perfect home and talked me through each step. I strongly recommend him if you’re looking to buy/sell, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
